Artist Contracting: Sport Society Ice Rink Season

The Vision and Atmosphere For the Ice Rink season, our objective went beyond just playing music; it was about creating an immersive atmosphere that resonated with the venue’s unique energy. As part of our Events Organizing & Managing services, we analyzed the crowd flow and peak hours to ensure the entertainment was perfectly timed to the audience’s mood.

A key highlight of this project was our Artistic Talent Contracting:

We curated a lineup featuring a professional female DJ, known for her versatile style and ability to read a crowd. This wasn’t just about booking a name it was about matching the right artist to the brand’s identity. By managing the performance schedule and technical requirements, we ensured the artist could focus entirely on the music while we handled the logistics.

Our role involved deep Music Consultancy. We worked closely on:

• On-Site Management: Providing lead coordination during live sets to manage transitions and technical setups.
• Content Curation: Selecting a playlist that balanced trendy hits with family friendly classics to keep everyone on the ice moving.

Beyond the Performance This project serves as a prime example of our Performing Arts Management capabilities. We don’t just “rent equipment” or “book acts” we manage the entire lifecycle of the entertainment experience. From the initial contract negotiation to the final track of the night, our team was on the ground to guarantee a world-class production.
